Adding insult to injury, Johnny and Cecilia first signed a lease for a way-too-small apartment and then discovered it was infested with cockroaches and mice. Now they're desperate for a spacious and vermin-free new pad where they can entertain friends and family in style. Enter rental expert Jodi Gilmour.
