Madelyn's housing has always been included in her job at a downtown university. But while her on-campus commute means she lives just a few steps from the office, this young professional has outgrown her noisy student residence and is hoping to find a peaceful urban oasis of her own. Rental expert Jodi Gilmour promises to find Madelyn a cozy home with lots of personality. But with romantic notions and a long list of must-haves, Jodi's first job is to get the first-time renter's head out of the clouds and into a budget-friendly one-bedroom.
