Family Friendly Rental

Successful restaurateurs Bill and Melissa were comfortable in their one-bedroom apartment when it was just the two of them. But with their baby now living in the kitchen and rock band neighbors practicing upstairs, they're desperate to find a family-friendly home that fits their new lifestyle. Rental expert Jodi Gilmour promises to get the couple settled in a new space they'll love. But the challenge is finding a spacious budget-friendly apartment that's within walking distance of their two restaurants. With such a small search area, Jodi warns they may have to sacrifice size for location, and the question is whether or not they can live without a chef's kitchen.
