Since Corey's roommate has found love and is moving out, this self-proclaimed domestic goddess is looking for a pad of her own where she can bake up a storm and entertain her friends in style. Enter rental expert Jodi Gilmour. She promises to find Corey a new home with a big kitchen, but with her limited, takeout budget warns she may have to sacrifice her gourmet dreams and compromise. At first, Corey is unimpressed with her options. That is, until Jodi encourages her to focus on finding a home that fits her lifestyle instead of her furniture. Will Jodi help her negotiate a better deal on a completely renovated two-bedroom? And will she be impressed by a big kitchen makeover?
