Kaci and John Bathurst and their son, Kai, moved into their three-story oceanside home a little over a year ago. Although their house has a picture-perfect view of the Pacific Ocean, the couple believes they need to focus on the interior now. Their main concern is the family room that needs to mirror their lifestyle, while leaving the beach at the beach. But how do you streamline a family room so it won’t cramp a couple’s laid-back lifestyle or interfere with their fabulous ocean view?
