Brad grew up spending summers in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Now he's ready to find a vacation home for his family, and local broker Jason Moore is just the man to help them find it. With help from his wife, Jennifer and their three kids, the family finds a condo that they want to gut and renovate. A new kitchen, living room and master suite all sound great - but when they start opening up walls and tearing out floors, they quickly realize they may be in over their head.
