The three rooms of this treehouse have been christened "Mind," "Body" and "Spirit" by the owner. This bedroom, or "Body" of the treehouse is decorated with a charming array of vintage pieces.

The third tier of this Atlanta treehouse, dubbed "Spirit," is a platform surrounding a short leaf pine tree that owner Peter Bahouth says has been here since the Civil War.

Mind the Gap

A suspension bridge connects the living room, or "Mind" portion of this Atlanta treehouse, to the "Body" or bedroom portion, one of the inspired touches in this treehouse created by owner Peter Bahouth in collaboration with builder Nick Hobbs.

Shabby Chic

Salvaged windows lend this treehouse an old world spirit and allow it to blend beautifully with the surrounding forest, blurring the division between outside and inside.

Brain Forest

The first room you enter in this Atlanta treehouse has been dubbed "Mind" and is a place to gather and discuss ideas. A corner shelf is stacked with meaningful objects, while a leather chair, wicker love seat and rustic coffee table hold court beneath a leaf-motif light fixture.

Sleep Timber Bed

This platform bed slides out for a better view of the tree canopy. “Spending the night out here is amazing,” says treehouse owner Peter Bahouth. “You get the best sleep, and you wake up in the morning to the birds going crazy.”
