Shake off the holiday stress with whiskey, milk and maple syrup.

Is there anything sadder than pre-made eggnog glugging out of a carton? Try this super simple version, made with pure maple syrup.

  • 1 ounce rye whiskey
  • 1 ounce applejack or calvados
  • ¾ ounce pure maple syrup
  • 3 ounces warm whole milk

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and “pull” between two shakers until frothy. Garnish with grated nutmeg.
