Prince Street Cider

  • 1.5 ounces Montecristo rum
  • 1 ounce apple cider
  • .5 ounce Domaine Canton
  • .25 ounces simple syrup
  • 2 dashes cinnamon (1 in drink, 1 as garnish)
  • 1 piece crushed lemon

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with lemon and 1 dash of cinnamon.
