15 Must-Have Chic Dog Beds
Your dog has never looked so trendy.
A stylish dog bed is truly the unicorn of the design world. You can find plenty of orthopedic dog beds, donut dog beds, and memory foam dog beds, but spoiler alert: most of them are pretty darn ugly.
As a Basset Hound-obsessed dog lover, I’ve had to get creative on my quest for chic dog beds. In fact, I've skipped over typical dog beds to instead dive head-first into the world of floor pillows and poufs.
We've rounded up 15 of our favorite cushions, floor pillows and poufs, which work perfectly as stylish dog beds.
1. Marisol Floor Pillow
Here's a lovely floor pillow that would look fab as a dog bed in a more eclectic or boho-style space. If your pup likes to chew stuff up, this might not be the best choice as the tassels might be too tempting.
2. MCM Dog Sofa
This sleek MCM-style dog sofa would look great in a modern or minimalist space. The design of the miniature sofa is a great fit for any pups who really like to curl up and burrow into their dog beds.
3. Daybed Cushion
I actually use this daybed cushion on the floor at the end of my bed for our dog Dudley. It's definitely on the larger side, but it's great if your dog really likes to stretch out or if you have two pups who share a bed.
4. Nesting Denim Bed
Denim fabric can actually work as a quasi-neutral in a home, so this dog bed is a great choice no matter what your style is. Much like jeans, as you wash the denim cover over time, it will likely soften up.
5. Urban Nest Bed
Here's a super cute dog bed for any dogs who really like to nest in their beds. The design of the cushion will allow your pooch to dig in and nestle themselves right into the middle of it.
6. Mexican Dog Blanket Bed
Mexican blankets make for a super stylish choice for dog beds. They're also sturdy enough in case your dog tends to be a bit rough with their beds.
7. Striped Cushion
This simple striped cushion is another great, neutral choice for almost any style home. It would look great in a kitchen, living room or even a mud room.
8. Jute Floor Cushion
Here's a great choice if you're looking for an outdoor dog bed. The natural fibers of the jute make this a sturdy choice.
9. Harbour Island Floor Pillow
This dog bed/floor pillow is another great choice for an outdoor space. The handle makes it easy to move around, so you could keep it outside during the summer and easily bring it inside when the weather cools down.
10. Embroidered Floor Pillow
This colorful floor pillow has a fun, eclectic vibe. It's a great choice for a dog bed in a living room or family room, but it would also look great at the end of your bed.
11. Pendleton Dog Bed
Pendleton blankets don't ever go out of style, which means the Pendleton dog beds are bound to look great in your space for years to come. They're perfect for a more traditional home or even for a lake house or cabin.
12. Bamboo Hammock
This cool hammock is a fun bed choice for your pup. Put down your own blanket or throw on top of the hammock to change up the look.
13. Caspian Floor Pillow
Here's a gorgeous, elegant floor pillow that would work great for a large pooch. The brocade-style design is made with hand-knotted rugs, so it looks like a cool, vintage piece.
14. Dhurrie Floor Cushion
Inspired by traditional dhurrie rug patterns, this floor cushion also has a vintage feel to it. This would be a great dog bed to use in a lighter, more neutral space where you might want a little pop of color.
15. Scandinavian Round Floor Pillow
This modern, round floor pillow would work wonderuflly as a dog bed for a small pup. We love this graphic pattern, but Society6 has several other options in a variety of colors and styles.
