"My team of designers stayed up the night before the event and built a 32-ft long centerpiece featuring just cream hydrangea and white orchids," said floral designer Nancy Liu Chin. "It really was that simple. With just two types of flowers, we made this grand floral piece that hung above the center of the room."

When it comes to weddings, celebrity floral designer Kevin Lee pulls out all the stops. Flower girl baskets adorned with yellow gerbera daisies sit at the end of this aisle flanked by lucite columns. Lee used 50,000 blooms for the wedding of Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston that featured roses and lotus flowers while Sir Anthony Hopkins preferred all yellow flowers. Chef Wolfgang Puck's $2 million dollar celebration featured multi-colored blooms.
