Home Exterior

Set in Bel Air, the prestigious Moraga Vineyards Estate covers 13 acres and includes a 7,500-square-foot main house, a guesthouse and the fully functional Moraga Vineyards and Winery.

There is a decidedly country home feel to the main house interior, which features hardwood floors and pale woodwork, illuminated by numerous skylights and floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors.

The outdoors are invited in at every opportunity in the main residence, and the grounds in this secluded canyon are scenic from just about every angle.

The spacious master bedroom features a sitting area with a fireplace and large windows that frame views of the lush grounds.

Also included on the estate are a guesthouse, staff quarters and a 4,400-square-foot office and production facility that houses the winery sales office.

Vineyard

The property actually has eight mini-vineyards that all contribute distinct grapes to the Moraga blends. It's situated just five miles from the Pacific Ocean, in a canyon near the Getty Center.

Vineyard

Victor Fleming, director of both Gone With the Wind and The Wizard of Oz, was the first owner of the property. In his day it was a horse ranch. Clark Gable, Vivian Leigh, Spencer Tracy and Ingrid Bergman, along with U.S. presidents and international dignitaries, have all been entertained on its lush grounds.

Wine Cave

The 13-acre estate and winery comes with a $4 million wine inventory, some of which is stored in the Wine Cave.
