Room of the Week: A Porch Primed for Pumpkins
Itching for autumn and all things pumpkin? Treat yourself to our fall picks for your front porch.
White after Labor Day? Pumpkins before October? Yes, and double yes. We're in the business of breaking design rules around here, and it's high time you joined in on all the fun. Start transitioning your front porch into the crisp, autumn season with a little help from two plush, plaid pillows and a fluffy, faux sheepskin pillow. Bundle up with your pup under a classic buffalo-check blanket, and add warmth underfoot with a natural jute rug. It's never too soon to start shopping pumpkins, really, but hold off on displaying the orange gourds until temps drop below 90. Instead, ease your way into fall with a few understated harvest elements like mini bundles of dried wheat, white-washed acorns and, yes, a patch of miniature white pumpkins on the porch table. Find our favorite fruits of the harvest to pretty-up your porch, in the links below.
