Materials Needed

Skirt Dimensions: 16 1/2" in diameter

  • 1 skein super chunky yarn
  • crochet needle (8mm, size 11)
  • 18' tube lights
  • scissors

Create Magic Ring

Start by crocheting a simple "magic ring." Wrap yarn around your fingers into a loop, then pull yarn back through the loop with a crochet needle and repeat. Then, do a chain-stitch crochet. Repeat eight times to create the ring. You’ll need to go around a few more times to get the proper width, as the tube lights only bend so much.
