Paper Plate Angel Tree Topper
A great project to make with the kids, this heavenly finishing touch is a snap to create.

Materials and Tools:
paper plates
black marker
stapler
decorative paper
scissors
craft glue
gold craft paint
small paintbrush
gold-rimmed button
Steps:
- Trace angel design onto the back of a paper plate. Cut out design.
- Staple the two back ends of the angel together, creating the angel's cone shape. Cover angel shape with decorative paper cut into wide strips, overlapping strips as you go.
- Using angel's wings as a template, trace around wings onto decorative paper. Cut out shape and glue decorative paper onto wings.
- Paint angel's head with gold craft paint. To create a halo, add a gold-rimmed button to the back of the angel's head with craft glue.
