Prepare Rope

Wrap two pieces of masking tape around 1-inch-thick manila rope 26 inches apart. Center a utility knife over each piece of tape, and slice through the rope. Hot-glue the rope’s ends together to form a ring. Remove the tape.

Wrap Smaller Rope

Loosely wrap a 44-inch-long piece of 1/4-inch-thick manila rope around a drawer pull and the ring you created in the first step, hot-gluing the thinner rope to itself as you go. (The thinner rope should hide the point where the thicker rope’s ends meet.)

Finish the Look

Hot-glue the ends of the thinner rope to the back of the rope ring to secure. Screw the pull to a wall.
