How to Turn a Homemade Pot Holder Into a Vase Cover

Materials Needed:
Step 1
Weave two 6-inch-square pot holders using a pot holder loom kit, following the package instructions.
We used a pattern that we created with the Potholder Wizard on Harrisville Designs:

Step 2
Sew the pot holders together with thread using a whipstitch to create a sleeve. Secure the hanging loops on the inside with a stitch or two. Slide the sleeve over the vase.
