How to Paint a Graphic Pattern on a Table
Add a graphic, colorful top to a plain wood table with this DIY from HGTV Magazine.

- Using a 2-inch-wide brush, apply thin coats of crafts paint in various colors as shown. Brush back and forth over each stripe until the color is even but the wood grain still shows through. Remove the tape while the paint is still wet. Let dry.
- Brush on a coat of acrylic sealer. Let dry, then apply a second coat.
