How to Make High-End Knobs for Next to Nothing
You don't have to pay big bucks to have a designer look in your home. These DIY watercolor knobs will elevate your style without draining your budget.

Tools and Materials
- plain knob
- printable watercolor knob template
- scissors
- glue sealer
- paint brush or sponge

Print Template
Print your watercolor knob template. The template is measured for 1.75 inches but can be adjusted for size. We chose 2" knobs to give each design a small painted border, but you could also adjust your sizing to cover the entire knob face to portray a fully-painted knob.
Paint Knobs
Paint the wooden knobs in the color of your choice. While the paint is drying, cut out the watercolor designs you want to use.

Glue + Design
Add a layer of glue sealer, and press your watercolor design to the center of the knob. Press from the center out, making sure all edges affix to the knob.

Seal
Cover knob in final coat of glue sealer and allow to dry.

Enjoy
Utilize your new watercolor knob on cabinets, dressers, coffee tables, etc. The options are nearly endless!
