Materials Needed:
- painter's tape
Step 1
Remove the shelves and set aside. Tape off the glass and the hinges with painter’s tape. Sand and prime the cabinet and shelves. Let dry.
Step 2
Paint the parts of the cabinet and shelves that you want to be white. Let dry, then replace the shelves. Use delicate-surface painter’s tape to mark off the parts of the cabinet and shelves that you want to be black.
Step 3
Remove the shelves again. Paint the right side of the shelves and cabinet black. Remove all the tape while the paint is still wet. Let dry.
Step 4
Tape off the bottom of the cabinet where it meets the base with delicate-surface painter’s tape. Paint the base and legs black. Let dry. Replace the shelves.
