You'll need: 12-24 spools of decorative ribbon for every 6-foot wide backdrop; 1 25-foot spool of nylon rope; picture nails; hammer; clear, all-purpose tape; scissors; measuring tape; hot glue gun; hot glue sticks; double-sided tape.

Measure and Cut Rope
Measure the height and width of the area that will be dressed with the ribbon backdrop. On a flat, level surface, unfurl the nylon rope alongside the measuring tape set to the finished width. Add tape around the portion of rope that will be cut to size, then cut.
