Step 1

Using your sponge brush, coat each bottle evenly and entirely with decoupage glue.
Step 2

While decoupage glue is still wet, sprinkle the glitter onto each bottle until it is completely covered. Work in sections, rotating the bottle. Make sure to do this over paper for easy cleanup. Allow your glitter-covered bottles to dry for 24 hours.
Step 3

Next, begin wrapping the rings with decorative tape, overlapping slightly as you go.
Step 4

Continue to wrap the tape all the way around each ring until they are all covered.
Step 5

Place the glittery bottles in a pretty crate along with other bottles of varying heights. Let guests try their hand at tossing the rings around the glittered bottles. Have a prize on hand (maybe a bottle of champagne?) for the winner.
