Make a Spring Wreath From Cupcake Liners
Materials Needed
foam wreath form
cupcake liners in assorted colors and styles
hot glue gun
hot glue sticks
string
Layer Liners
In order to make a floral shape with the cupcake liners, you'll want to layer them two deep with one on top of the other. After separating the liners into different colors and patterns, add a bead of hot glue into the bottom liner and place the top liner inside.

Shape Liners
Once the glue has dried, shape the liners into an imperfect flower shape with the innermost liner looking like a bud. As the double-layered liner takes shape into a budding flower, crinkle it along the back to add more visual depth.
