- 1/4 cup soft herb cheese, at room temperature
- 16 medjool dates
- 8 slices prosciutto, halved lengthwise
- kosher salt + ground black pepper
Remove the pits from each date.
Fill With Cheese
Pull the dates apart and stuff each one with 1/2 teaspoon of the herb cheese mixture. Close the dates around the filling using your fingers.
Wrap With Prosciutto
Wrap a piece of prosciutto around each date tightly.
Arrange the stuffed dates on a platter and serve.
