Decorate Winning Cupcakes
Left to right: Frost cupcakes then top with a plastic helmet. Use a pastry bag fitted with a grass tip to frost cupcakes, then spike a candy football on top. Frost cupcakes using a pastry bag fitted with a star tip, then add sprinkles. To make the pennant, print out our template (at hgtv.com/super-bowl-party) fold it in half, and cut into a flag shape. Glue a toothpick in the crease and glue the flag tips together.
