Directions for One Mimosa
Add 3/4 ounce chilled honeysuckle vodka and 1.5 ounces cold orange juice to a champagne flute. Top with your favorite champagne and garnish with frozen raspberries and wild honeysuckle picked fresh from the backyard. Boom. Summer in a glass.
Directions for a Pitcher
In a large glass pitcher, combine one part chilled honeysuckle vodka (we put ours in the freezer overnight) and two parts cold, pulp-free orange juice. When ready to serve, fill a champagne glass halfway with the cocktail mixture and top with champagne. Tip: keep a long cocktail spoon on hand and stir the contents of the pitcher periodically.
