Ham, Egg and Cheese Croissant Wrap
Game day brunch just got a whole lot tastier.
2 rolls refrigerated crescent rolls
10 slices deli honey ham
10 slices pepper jack cheese
14 eggs, scrambled
salsa or ketchup
Yield: 12 servings
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. On a parchment-lined cookie sheet, unroll one package of crescent rolls and spread it out into a rectangular sheet.
2. Place five slices of the ham in a single layer down the center of the rectangle. Repeat with 5 slices of the cheese. Top with half of the scrambled eggs.
3. Fold both the top and bottom crescent sheet over the center to meet in the middle, and pinch together to seal. Roll the crescent log so seam side is down. Repeat with the second package of crescent rolls and remaining ingredients.
4. Bake until golden brown, about 15-18 minutes. Let sit for five minutes before slicing. Serve warm or cold.
