Goat Cheese Quesadillas

Combine goat cheese with guava jam for a tasty creation that can be made in minutes.

Ingredients:

1 lb. guava jam
1 lb goat cheese
6 flour tortillas
1 pinch crushed red chili
1/2-cup vegetable oil

Mix guava jam and goat cheese in a bowl. Spread one sixth of the mixture on one half of each flour tortilla, top with just a pinch of red chili. Fold each tortilla in half and sauté in a hot pan with a small amount of vegetable oil until crisp.
