Ingredients

1 1/2 cups marshmallow fluff
1 1/2 cups peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
5 ounces frozen whipped topping, room temperature
chocolate chips (optional)

Yield: 1 cup

Instructions

Using a strong whisk or hand mixer, mix together the peanut butter, fluff and vanilla until smooth and thoroughly combined. Fold in the whipped topping, and combine all ingredients well. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top if desired, and serve with graham or animal crackers.
