Appleberry Pie Cocktail

If you're a lover of berries, this is the cocktail for you. It combines raspberries, blueberries and blackberries for a fruity combination.

Single Serve

Ingredients:

2-1/2 oz. cognac (ask your liquor store for a good one)
2-1/2 oz. apple juice
1/2 oz. simple syrup
5 red grapes
5 raspberries
3 blueberries
2 blackberries
3 blueberries and 2 raspberries (garnish)

Preparation:

  1. Muddle all of the fruit in a glass cocktail shaker.
  2. Add ice.
  3. Add cognac and apple juice.
  4. Shake and strain over fresh ice in a large wine goblet.
  5. Garnish with a mix of blueberries and raspberries.
