Welcome to Palazzo di Amore
Just to reach this 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom estate, you must pass through three sets of grand double gates and travel up the quarter-mile long, tree-lined drive. The main residence measures about 35,000 square feet, while the entire estate encompasses about 53,000 square feet of interior living space.
Grand Entryway
Just think of the grand entrances you could make in this ornately marbled two-story sky-lit entry hall with twin sweeping staircases and a glittering crystal chandelier. Think your daughter's prom date might be just a little intimidated?
Entertainment Center
This is part of the 15,000-square-foot entertainment center that includes a disco/ballroom with a revolving turntable style dance floor, a DJ booth and a laser-light system. It can accommodate up to 250 guests for a seated dinner, and features limestone floors with marble and maple inlay, hand-painted ceilings, and paneling of maple burl wood.
Home Theater
The 15,000-square-foot entertainment center also features an ornate, 50-seat private screening room, with top-of-the-line projection and sound equipment.
Glass Floor Walkway
The two-story entertainment complex is accessed via a floating glass-floor walkway over pools and lined by 70-year-old mature olive trees.
Dining Room
The dining area of Palazzo di Amore is serviced by two kitchens and a number of pantries, and can accommodate up to 250 guests for a sit down dinner.
Wine Cellar
There are two wine cellars on the estate, since it encompasses Beverly Hills Vineyards, which produces a 400-500 cases per year, made from classic varietals including Sangiovese, Syrah, Cabernet, Merlot, Rose and Sauvignon Blanc. This cellar includes a tasting room with brick, barrel-vault ceilings.
Study
What would be considered an elegant living room in most houses could be considered an office, parlor, den, study or family room in Palazzo di Amore.
Reflection Pool
This is the 128-foot scenic reflecting pool and fountain. Other water features on the property include a waterfall cascading down the hillside, a swimming pool and spa.
Views
Did we mention views? Located on a one-of-a-kind Beverly Hills promontory, you have clear views of either the L.A. city lights or the lush canyons from almost every spot on the 25+ acre property.
Bird's Eye View
From above you can see almost the entire Palazzo di Amore estate, which includes a full working vineyard, a tennis court, two pools, a guest wing and a separate entertainment complex. The main residence measures about 35,000 square feet, while the entire estate encompasses about 53,000 square feet of interior living space.
