Exterior and Motor Court

Behind large private gates and at the end of a long, gravel drive is a motor court composed of thousands of black-and-cream granite stones, inter-set with grass in a spectacular design. Yes, guests are meant to drive on that.

Living Room

The double living room in the main house is paneled in pale maple and furnished with rare antiques alongside contemporary pieces, most of which can be purchased with the house.

Many of the rooms are grand in scale, design and decoration, but made more intimate with plants raised in the expansive green house.

Master Bedroom

The master suite on the upper floor features a fireplace, a very private and generous terrace overlooking the Pacific, and spacious walk-in closets with dressing areas.

Master Bathroom

The master suite also features his-and-hers bathrooms, each elaborately equipped with designer lighting and steam showers.

Media Room

The massive media room on the lower level of the main house has a 14-foot screen and a state-of-the-art surround sound system.

Wine Cellar

The wine cellar, with its barrel-vaulted ceiling and unique climate control, is equipped to hold several thousand bottles.

Dining Terrace

There are numerous terraces overlooking the ocean for dining and entertaining alfresco.

Ocean Views

With eight bluff-top acres in one of the most prime view-areas of Malibu, there are stunning vistas almost everywhere.

Pool and Landscape

Lawn areas are so vast you could easily have a soccer match, croquet tournament, picnic and barbecue all going on at the same time. Not to mention tennis matches taking place at your own private club on the premises.

Pool and Natatorium

There are several indoor and outdoor pools and pavilions on the property, the most famous being the Romanesque-styled natatorium, which houses the Murano glass tiled pool where a pivotal scene in HBO's True Blood took place.

Outside the greenhouse is a desert garden with rare cacti and other specimen plantings. Inside the glass-and-steel structure, which is one of the largest private greenhouses in California, you'll find growing room for several thousand orchids and other delicate exotics. There are two separate areas for distinct growing environments.
