Light and Bright
Wood floors were painted white to reflect light into the loft area.
Entertain the Idea
“Since this is such a creative city, I assigned the loft to be a creative space or if you want to entertain there is enough floor seating to accommodate up to 12 people comfortably,” says interior designer Brian Patrick Flynn.

Plenty of Pillows
Upwards of 50 different patterned pillows were used to make the loft a comfortable, entertaining lounge area.
State of the Art
An easel and paint brushes wait for moments of creative inspiration.
True Colors
A complete paint set rounds out the artistic accessories provided in the cool and clever loft.
Stolen Solitude
Overlooking the entire great room, the loft sits up and out of the way as a place to escape. “It’s nice to have one spot in the great room where you can privatize yourself,” says Brian.
