Just like Los Angeles, this apartment by designer Caitlin Murray is full of visual interest. Peach and blue accent walls enliven the interior and provide a canvas for eclectic furniture, while sliding glass doors in the living room and master suite showcase views of the city.

Colorful & Eclectic Condo With Peach Accent Wall

From the workspace to the eat-in kitchen, every inch of this eclectic condo serves a purpose. Notice, too, how designer Caitlin Murray used different colors -- peach for the living room, blue for the kitchen, green for the bathroom, etc. -- to both enliven and define the open floor plan.

Hardwood Floors Laid in Herringbone Pattern

Take a closer look at the condo's hardwood floors, and you'll notice a herringbone pattern. By laying the wood in this way, designer Caitlin Murray added subtle visual interest to the space.

Kitchen Island Complete With Black, Wire-Backed Barstools

To really maximize the condo's floor plan, designer Caitlin Murray added two wire-backed barstools to the kitchen island. Now the owners can enjoy a meal together without having to comprise any of their living room with a dining table.

Dark Blue Kitchen With Dramatic Black Marble Backsplash

Whereas the rest of the condo is light and airy, the eat-in kitchen is dark and moody. To create this dramatic look, designer Caitlin Murray painted the cabinets blue and brought in a gorgeous, black marble backsplash.

Blue Cabinets, Marble Backsplash Complement Kitchen Island

To make the kitchen look cohesive, designer Caitlin Murray matched the bold, black marble backsplash to the island. The cabinets coordinate with the island's blue base as well, further tying the room together.

Spacious Black Marble Island With Prep Sink & Gold Faucet

The kitchen island is so spacious that the owners can actually use it for meal-prep and entertaining guests. Gold hardware gives the sink a luxe touch and also speaks to the hinges on the owners' bedroom door.

Wood Cutting Boards Help Balance Modern Kitchen

Because the kitchen is so clean and modern, designer Caitlin Murray used wood cutting boards and other natural accent to create a sense of balance. Notice how these pieces bring out the rich hue of the black marble backsplash, too.

Condo Includes Workspace With Midcentury Chair

Peach is the perfect choice for the owners' office, as it brings out the crisp white finish of the desk and evokes a sense of happiness. A midcentury chair gives the owners a place to sit and draft emails, while a large mirror elongates the space.

Cheeky Artwork Adds Personality to Home Office

To the left of the desk, two prints showcase the owners' fun-loving personalities. Though these cheeky pieces feature different subjects, their common colors (black and white) ensure that they look cohesive.

Sliding Glass Doors Create Seamless Transition to Balcony

There's a lot to love about this living room, including the spectacular city views. In the morning, the owners can sip coffee and enjoy the sight from their sofa, or they can open the sliding glass doors and take a seat on the balcony.

Eclectic Living Room Complete With Soft White Sofa

With a transitional white sofa, two Art Deco-style coffee tables and a cowhide and boho rug layered on top of each other, this living room is just as comfortable as it is eclectic. A teal throw pillow brings in some of the color that the owners love as well.

Eclectic Bedroom With Pop Art & Industrial Nightstands

Taking cues from her clients' pop art, designer Caitlin Murray outfitted this bedroom with gray, yellow and green furnishings. Thus, the space features a gray headboard and matching curtains, as well as two industrial-style nightstands. Green pillows tie further the space together.

Eclectic, Emerald Green Bathroom With Wood Vanity

Just as you'd expect, the master bathroom is colorful and eclectic. Emerald green walls and a light wood vanity create an earthy color palette, which designer Caitlin Murray complemented with a wood bowl, planter and other accessories.

Midcentury Sconces Meet Art Deco-Style Mirror

Above the wood vanity, two midcentury sconces promise to keep the bathroom nice and bright. Meanwhile, an Art Deco-style mirror elongates the space and brings in a touch of visual interest.
