21 Must-Haves for Your Dream Pool
Even the Pool Kings' projects aren't complete without accessories.

The only thing better than, say, your own Vegas-style fire-and-water feature or amusement-park-worthy water slide is the slew of accessories you have the excuse to amass for it. Where besides a pool deck can one make regular use of a giant inflatable unicorn? Consider a few of the splashiest projects seen on HGTV's Pool Kings, and the add-ons we’d bring to the party.
Purple Paradise

The Setting: This amethyst spa is the crown jewel of a staycationer’s paradise in Austin, Texas, complete with waterfalls, LED lights and a swim-up bar. An evening here calls for The Purple One himself, and ultra-high-end acrylic barware to match.
The Must-Haves:
Not-So-Tiny Bubbles

The Setting: Bubblers on this tanning ledge complement the jets in the chic “champagne” spa that rises above the deck. We’d celebrate a special-occasion cocktail hour with a few bottles of the (really) good stuff and a decadent snack.
The Must-Haves:
Splashy Water Park

The Setting: Neighborhood kids will flock to this California yard, where a waterfall and grotto compete for attention with a custom-built slide and an underwater volcano(!). Goggles and kickboards all 'round, we say, and bring on a shark towel or two.
The Must-Haves:
The Buccaneer Stops Here

The Setting: This waterfall is 14 feet high and 75 feet wide, and the lights beneath it can bring it to life in 16 million color combinations. That would be plenty of entertainment for most people, but this cascade also conceals a secret grotto full of animatronic pirates. This calls for some treasure.
The Must-Haves:
Sophisticated Slide

The Setting: The Peek Pools team built this Tennessee slide to curve around resort-style rock work. The result is both tranquil (that artful tumble of water to the left!) and thrilling (plenty of people are going to splash down in that pool as well). Zen accents here ... are going to need to be durable.
The Must-Haves:
Fire in the Sky

The Setting: A panoramic view of Austin, an LED-lit pool complete with loungers on a Baja shelf, a fire feature ... this urban oasis doesn’t skimp on drama or luxury. Stargazing with cocktails, anyone?
The Must-Haves:
Desert Oasis

The Setting: This long patio and wraparound pool space in Palm Springs was made for lazy afternoons in the sun. We’d bask there until dusk, no problem — with a mister, a waterproof speaker and an inflatable island.
