Chip and Joanna hosted a bash for fans, and HGTV was there! See every adorable detail right here.
This time last year, Chip and Joanna's dream of transforming run-down silos into a shop and open-air market was just coming to fruition. Chip even called it "the biggest fixer upper of their career." Remember this amazing renovation?

When the epic reno journey was over, they marked the opening with a huge music-filled bash. For the shop's one-year anniversary, Chip and Joanna hosted an even bigger bash for fans, and HGTV was there!
If you couldn't make it all the way to Waco, don't worry: We have all the details right here, including the property's stunning, fall-perfect design moments. How cute is this?
Of course, we had to start the day with cupcakes and cinnamon rolls from Chip and Joanna's Silos Baking Company. (See the whole bakery construction process on season 4 of Fixer Upper, coming to HGTV on November 29!)
The property also includes a food truck park full of delicious food and even more delicious design. We love how Common Grounds coffee company transformed a shipping container into a pint-sized coffee shop!
Special guests like Mina and Karen of HGTV's Good Bones were on site, and singer/songwriter duo Johnnyswim took the stage after dark.
