With summer in full swing, I’ve decided that this is the year I’m going to commit to shedding my title of "plant serial killer." I've read up on the basics of container gardening, and I’ve hit the ground running. But before I could take on my black thumb makeover, I needed a few fab planters to help me spiff up my outdoor space.

If you’re looking for a bit of glam in your outdoor space, go for a pretty option like this one. Keep in mind, however, that metals get hotter than other materials, so if you’re in a warmer climate, use planters like this one sparingly.
