We Made S'more Shot Glasses, and Summer Will Never Be the Same
You'll want s'more as soon as you try this dessert-turned-shot glass.

Nothing really says summer like a s'more fresh from the campfire. The graham crackers! The chocolate! The ooey, gooey marshmallows! But what if you could make that nearly perfect trifecta even better? Well, now you can have the best dessert of summer and drink it, too. That's right: We filled a s'more with booze, and summer will never be the same. Take a look: used a handy kitchen torch to make this an indoor project, but you could totally toast the marshmallows over a campfire for a more authentic s'more experience. Whatever roasting method you choose, be careful not to poke all the way through the marshmallow as you roast.
S'more Shots 00:41
These unique Irish cream shots are served inside a sweet s'more stack.
After cutting out the center of the marshmallow, we used a handy kitchen torch to make this an indoor project, but you could totally toast the marshmallows over a campfire for a more authentic s'more experience. Whatever roasting method you choose, be careful not to poke all the way through the marshmallow as you roast.

Next, it's time to assemble! We melted milk chocolate with a little coconut oil to make it spreadable before assembling the graham cracker, chocolate and marshmallow layers.

Now it's time to up the ante. Drizzle more chocolate into the well of the marshmallow: It makes it even more chocolatey, plus it adds a protective layer between the marshmallow and the liquid inside.

Sprinkle with crushed graham crackers and pop in the fridge until ready to enjoy. When it's shot time, fill with your favorite after-dinner drink. We used Irish cream, but coffee liqueur, hazelnut liqueur or vanilla or chocolate vodka would be delicious. It's a drink and dessert all in one!
