To make a tasty Strawberry shrub, muddle 3 strawberries with sugar, mint and 1/2 oz. red wine vinegar; then add 1 oz. of the shrub to a shaker. Next, add 1 oz. organic apple juice, 1 egg white, 2 dashes of chocolate mole bitter and 1.5 oz. Amaro Lucano. Dry shake, strain and pour into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a strawberry.
