When a meal can come together seamlessly in my pot, pan or dish, you know it’s going to be a delicious blend of flavors that have had plenty of time to harmonize together. Oh yeah, and WAY fewer dishes to wash—that helps, too!

Though one-pot meals make for easier clean-up, their common warm comfort-food taste can often lead to extra calories and fat. But not with these five healthy and delicious and warm and comforting recipes. Take a look at some of our favorite meals that save you both time and gluttony.

One-Pot Spicy Eggs and Potatoes

Once you’ve had shakshuka, you’ll never look at brunch the same again. This popular Middle Eastern egg dish is loaded with hearty flavors from a spicy tomato sauce. In this version, eggs are poached and added to the pan with sauce, crispy potatoes, kale and creamy goat cheese. Did you know goat cheese is actually one of the better cheeses for a healthy diet? Yep, it’s low-cal and packs five grams of protein per ounce.

Easy One-Pot Shrimp Orzo

This creamy stew of tomatoes, kale, shrimp and orzo (a pasta, not a rice) starts with coconut oil—one of the superfoods incorporated into each recipe in the creative cookbook Superfoods at Every Meal. Chicken broth is added to the mix and everything simmers until it’s thick and flavorful. Dinner on the table in 20 minutes and one pan to clean—sounds like a win to me.

5-Ingredient White Chicken Chili

Whether you let it simmer in the slow-cooker or make it quickly on the stove, it doesn’t get easier than this simple, fresh, healthy white chicken chili. Salsa verde is the secret ingredient that adds layers of spice to shredded chicken, white beans and broth. Top a bowl with diced avocado, cilantro or green onion.

Turkey and Sweet Potato Frittata

Can you believe Thanksgiving is already here?! All that delicious holiday food to look forward to, but what about the leftovers? You know there will be lots of extra turkey and sweet potatoes. That’s where this recipe comes in. A frittata is a genius way to make use of what’s left from your holiday menu (or any miscellaneous findings from the fridge). This version uses spinach and Gruyere and bakes the eggs for a warm next-day brunch the whole family will devour.

One-Pot Honey Garlic Chicken

This sweet and savory chicken is actually a one-sheet recipe—baking sheet that is. Cubed potatoes, chicken breasts and broccoli florets roast together in the oven until golden and just the right amount of crispy. The star of the show though is the tangy honey garlic sauce that is so good you'll want a little each for dipping. Plus, the starchy potatoes and fiber-filled broccoli will keep you quite satisfied.
