4 Bubbly Brunch Drinks With Just 3 Ingredients (Try Them This Weekend!)

Bring the sparkle back to brunch with these fizzy cocktails that feature just a few ingredients.

Champagne. Prosecco. Sparkling rosé. Cava. No matter where the bubbly hails from, it's my drink of choice for more than just special occasions. But even for the more casual sparkling wine drinker, a spring brunch is the perfect time to break out the fizz. Sparkling wines are light, fresh and they play perfectly with spring flavors like strawberries, herbs and lemon.

So you have the sparkling wine, but now what? Fellow Champagne aficionado and HGTV designer Hannah created these fun graphics that show off some of our favorite ways to feature bubbles at brunch. Plus: Each of these have just 3 ingredients, making your pre-party grocery list that much shorter.

Turn this classic cocktail into an icy float with the addition of lemony sorbet.

MAKE IT: Add a scoop of lemon sorbet to a champagne flute. Add gin, then top with sparkling wine.

Strawberries and cream is a summer classic, but just wait until you've had it in cocktail form. Sparkling rose and muddled berries give this drink a blush pink hue.

MAKE IT: Muddle 3 hulled and sliced strawberries in the bottom of a glass. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Top with sparkling rose.

Sweet and fizzy, this cocktail is almost as delicate as its namesake bird.

MAKE IT: In a high-ball glass, add ice and elderflower liqueur. Top with 3 ounces each of sparkling wine and lemon soda.

Don't forget a sip just for the non-drinkers in your crowd. This fancier take on lemonade is perfect for a warm day. Okay, this technically has four ingredients, but you can totally omit the thyme to make it an even three.

MAKE IT: Mix simple syrup and lemon juice in a high-ball glass. Top with soda water and lemon-thyme garnish.
