Designer Lee Snijders says a common trick designers use when arranging accessories is the law of threes, fives and sevens. Here's how it works:
Start with three items and arrange them in a triangle. Add two more items and keep them within the triangle as shown (top left).

The orange fruit pairings added to the front of the grouping complete the look.
