Pull right in and step right up. The first floor of “The Boat House” is a chic slip with wood floors, custom mahogany railings and antique chandeliers. “When you come into the property at night in your boat, it’s like returning to a hideout in a James Bond movie,” say the current owners. The home was available for auction via Concierge Auctions in 2014.

The slip area contains a lift for the 36-foot, jet-powered Hinckley Picnic Boat that is docked within, and is included in the purchase price.

Most windows and doors are crafted of solid Honduras mahogany, which endures well in the tropical climate.
