The Lee
A high-end tiny home created by Florida-based luxury tiny home construction company Movable Roots, the Lee retails for $94,999 and has the design-savvy features and thoughtful design you'd expect for such a not-tiny price tag. The 34-foot long tiny home boasts a generous main floor master, a roomy living space and a spacious pass-through bathroom with a walk-in shower and washer/dryer. HGTV checked out the Lee at the annual Decatur Tiny House Festival and found an abundance of cool features to consider when designing your own tiny dream home.
Room for More
This light-filled roomy living room benefits from the bright nickle gap whitewashed walls, ample windows and a clutter-free design. The living room couch folds out to make a guest bed so there is always room for more.
Big Idea Bath
A remarkably generous, well-appointed bathroom that you pass through from the kitchen to the master bedroom makes this tiny bath much more than an afterthought. With its walk-in shower and washer and dryer and a clean fresh white-and-soft-gray color scheme, nothing feels downsized in this glam bath.
Stairway to Haven
A cleverly designed alternating step staircase leading to a second level loft saves space and the area underneath these stairs offers plenty of storage.

Space-Saving Details
Clever touches like a cutting board that fits over the sink make this Movable Roots tiny home both hyper-utilitarian and design-savvy.
Hide and Seek
Part of making a small or tiny space work is keeping rooms clutter-free. Ample cabinet and closet space in this Movable Roots tiny home does the trick. In lieu of a table, a small half circle countertop for a few stools offers space for a quick bite, but plenty of extra room in the living area means guests can be accommodated for larger meals.
