Realtor Lee Ann Ruby matched homebuyers Amy and Jim with this lovely Colonial home in Mechanicsville, Va.
A gas fireplace is the focal point of the spacious family room, which is equipped with surround sound.
The large, eat-in kitchen came with quartz countertops, a center island and upgraded stainless steel appliances.
Chair rail and wood floors dress up the dining room.
The original master bedroom was large – too large, in fact, with a separate sitting area. The homeowners closed off the sitting room and turned the bedroom next door into a suite with a full bathroom.
A photo of the full bathroom added by the new homeowners.
In addition to the master suite, the home offered four bedrooms with walk-in closets and ceiling fans.
Large windows provide a glimpse of the family-friendly neighborhood.
Outside, a patio overlooks the professionally landscaped yard. The property also came with a custom shed and an irrigation system.
