Townhouse Den

Designer: Bjornen Design

Theme: Seahorse Country

What we love: The aquamarine walls, which were inspired by the sea, and articulated light fixture.

Townhouse Master Bedroom

Designer: Brady Design

Theme: Summer in the Hamptons

What we love: The raffia walls, seagrass carpet and tangerine chair, which pops out in the blue-themed room.

Townhouse Terrace

Designer: Dale Cohen Design Studio

Theme: Summer of Bachelor

What we love: The herb and lavender plants to the left, 14-foot walnut bar to the right and gourmet pizza kitchen straight ahead.

Townhouse Living Room

Designer: Elizabeth Dow Home

Theme: Celebrating Summer

What we love:  The hand-stitched drapes, "daddy long legs" chandelier, customized area rug that depicts a map of Long Island and a flat-screen TV showing Dow's dogs running down the beach. "I wanted the video to feel like a home movie, bringing life to what I see as a family room," Dow says.

Townhouse Bedroom

Designer: Elsa Soyars Interior Design

Theme: La Dolce Vita

What we love: The play between pewter blue and sophisticated grays, and the textured embossed wallpaper.

Townhouse Poolhouse Lounge

Designer: Scott Formby

Theme: August in Italy

What we love: The vintage curvilinear sofa and rack of kimonos for lounging pool guests. "The lounge is designed to be the perfect setting for a cocktail after a dip in the pool on a hot August afternoon," says Formby.

Townhouse Dressing Room

Designer: Studio MRS

Theme: A Dressing Room for the Mrs.

What we love: The horizontal blue stripes, running continuous from wall to drapes and back to wall. "I've been really into a 'granny nautical' look lately," says designer Michelle Smith.

Townhouse VIP Tent

Designer: Vicente Wolf

Theme: Outdoor Living

What we love: The gorgeous turquoise fabric from Dedar Milano and sleek woven outdoor furniture from Fendi Casa.

Townhouse Kitchen

Designer: West Chin Architects & Interior Designers

Theme: Summer Love

What we love: The soft harmony of wood and metal.

Bungalow Living Room

Designer: ID Creations

Theme: Every Day in the Hamptons is a Holiday

What we love: The many hues of white, from bright white drapery to pearly white console table. "I chose a serene neutral palette and highlighted the space with interesting artwork and eclectic accessories that represent my many travels throughout Europe and South America," says designer Iris Dankner.

Bungalow Master Bedroom

Designer: Jen Going Interiors

Theme: Summer Solstice

What we love: The watercolor wall and twig chandelier. "We created a beachy-chic space for a sister who is well-traveled and comes to visit every weekend throughout the summer from the city," says Going.

Penthouse Master Bedroom

Designer: Campion Platt

Theme: Spring Awakening

What we love: The exposed rafters and intrepid use of bright, tropical colors. Platt wanted a room for a woman who is "not afraid of bold colors and rich finishes."

Penthouse Living Room

Designer: Huniford Design

Theme: Labor Day

What we love: The high ceilings, large windows and, of course, that hanging lounger.

Penthouse Kitchen

Designer: Huniford Design

Theme: Labor Day

What we love: The soft wood tones and industrial light fixture. Huniford's kitchen and living room were both inspired by early 20th-century factory buildings.

Penthouse Terrace

Designer: Milly de Cabrol and Ani Antreasyan

Theme: Terraces of Europe

What we love: The pops of pastel amid the abundant olive trees, flowers and plants. "[We] wanted to create a summer feeling like being in the Umbria region of Italy or on a terrace in Rome," says de Cabrol.

Penthouse Bedroom

Designer: Tamara Magel

Theme: On Holiday!

What we love: The minimalist decor against a matte black wall.
