Rotunda
This pre-war penthouse on the northern edge of Tribeca is noteworthy on many levels. The open-plan living room is sunny and sprawling. Each of the two bedrooms comes with an ensuite bathroom fit for a king. It’s located in the historic American Thread Building, home to the New York Wool Exchange in the early 1900s. The detail that won us over, however, is the unusual 28-foot diameter rotunda with a 25-foot ceiling and dramatic stained glass skylight to boot.
Living Room Fireplace
Sunlight abounds in the sprawling living room. The wood-burning fireplace is a cozy touch.
Living Room
The living room boasts 12-foot ceilings and south- and east-facing views of Tribeca.
Kitchen
The pre-war details are complemented by the modern kitchen, which includes a Viking Range and wine refrigerator.
Dining Room
Dinner hosts rejoice: The open plan leaves plenty of room for a generous dining space.
Master Bedroom
The master suite includes a pair of dressing rooms and fireplace.
Second Bedroom
The sizeable second bedroom can double as an entertainment room or office.
