Built in 1994, the boxing champ's one-time home in Fayetteville, Ga., covers 44,234 square feet and has 109 rooms, including a 135-seat theater, a 100-person dining room and a bowling alley. Rapper Rick Ross purchased the home in 2014.

Rapper and music mogul Rick Ross recently scored big when he landed former heavyweight championship boxer Evander Holyfield's mega-mansion, a home so large they named the highway on which it sits Evander Holyfield Highway.

Foyer

The boxing champ built the property in 1994, around the time that he had an estimated worth of $230 million. The home was forclosed and auctioned in 2013.

Living Room

At 44,234 square feet, the estate is rumored to be Georgia's largest single-family home. It was used in several Tyler Perry movies and Drop Dead Diva also used the manse as a location.

Dining Room

The home's whopping 109 rooms include this formal dining room with space for 100 people.

Skylight

The mansion boasts 12 bedrooms, 13 full baths and opulent details throughout, such as this skylight.

Second Floor

Other over-the-top features include a bowling alley, a handball court, a 135-seat theater and, of course, a boxing gym.

The massive mansion offers two places to take a dip: an outdoor pool and this indoor pool.

Outdoor Pool

The property features one of the country's most expansive private swimming pools – it takes 350,000 gallons of water to fill it.

Pond and Landscape

The Real Deal’s former estate sits on 105 acres with a pond, a softball field, a tennis court and a seven-stall horse barn.
