This time last year, Chip and Joanna's dream of transforming run-down silos into a shop and open-air market was just coming to fruition. Chip even called it "the biggest fixer upper of their career." Remember this amazing renovation?

The Silo Project 02:18

In the biggest renovation yet, the Gaines turn an old factory into offices.

When the epic reno journey was over, they marked the opening with a huge music-filled bash. For the shop's one-year anniversary, Chip and Joanna hosted an even bigger bash for fans, and HGTV was there!

Of course, we had to start the day with cupcakes and cinnamon rolls from Chip and Joanna's Silos Baking Company. (See the whole bakery construction process on season 4 of Fixer Upper, coming to HGTV on November 29!)

The property also includes a food truck park full of delicious food and even more delicious design. We love how Common Grounds coffee company transformed a shipping container into a pint-sized coffee shop!

Hello From Magnolia Market

The Magnolia Silos house a home goods store, gardens, a food truck park and a stage for larger events. HGTV visited the Silos for the 2nd annual Silobration, which included a vendor fair, music from band Johnny Swim and, of course, appearances from Chip and Jo!

Food Truck Park

The Silos' food truck park features everything from crepes to coffee, and the vendors offer a side of great design. Here, the Common Grounds coffee company set up shop in a converted shipping container.

Inspiration is Everywhere

Inspiring design that would be at home in any Fixer Upper renovation is in full display at the Silos. Here, wash tubs serve as modern-rustic planters.

The Shop That Started It All

Many times the size of Chip and Joanna's original Magnolia Market store, the larger location still offers home goods featuring Joanna's signature design aesthetic.
