Step Inside the 2016 Kips Bay Decorator Show House

See how some of the nation's most celebrated designers and architects transformed a luxury Manhattan home to benefit the Kips Bay Boys and Girls Club.

After months of anticipation, the 44th annual Kips Bay Decorator Show House is officially open! From May 12 to June 9, design enthusiasts can tour The Carlton House Townhouse in New York City, where 21 of the nation’s top designers and architects transformed 10,000 square feet of raw space into a show-stopping exhibition.

While we won’t give too much away for those planning to attend, we can say that this year’s event delivers...and then some. See a few of our favorite looks below—or even take a virtual tour.

Garrow Kedigian started his design with one question in mind: If Napoleon were alive today, what would his desired seating area look like? The result is a traditional lounge that blends luxe, jewel-toned pieces fit for an emperor with whimsical, modern details. Note the chalk drawings, which can easily be erased and recreated for conquest.
